The ministry of labour organised a special session recently to familiarise new staff members with its functions and objectives. the three-day forum held at the ministry’s headquarters shed light on the operational procedures and services provided by each department and the strategic and operational plans of the ministry for the period 2014-2016.
Held under the aegis of the department of human resources the session gave the ministry’s staff an opportunity to review its missions values organisational structure initiatives and feats that have been achieved over the years.
Shamma al-muhairi director of the human resources department welcomed the new employees and highlighted the ministry’s “keenness” to organise such a session to direct and guide new cadres about the working methods at the ministry.
