QScience's Cardiology Journal Indexed in PubMed Central Database


(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) ha April 08 - QScience.com has revealed that Global Cardiology Science and Practice (GCSP) journal is now indexed in PubMed Central (PMC) the world's largest and most widely-used biomedical literature database. Journals accepted to PMC undergo a rigorous review process by the Literature Selection Technical Review Committee which is a National Institutes of Health chartered committee. The primary consideration in selecting journals for indexing is scientific merit which includes factors such as validity importance originality and contribution to the field. Journals must also demonstrate a high level of quality credibility and objectivity related to their peer review process and ethical guidelines. "Depositing Global Cardiology Science and Practice content in PubMed Central will make it much more discoverable to researchers health professionals and the public. This acceptance reflects our publishing commitment of high quality reputable manuscripts" QScience.com Managing Director Arend Kuster said.
