(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) za April 08 - Israeli occupation authorities decided to open today the Karam Abu Salem crossing to allow the entry of 290 truckloads with aids and goods for the commercial agricultural and transportation sectors. Head the Coordination Committee for entry of goods in the Gaza Strip Raed Fattouh said that the Israeli side decided also to allow the entry of ten truckload with cement one truckload with construction iron and 38 truckload with gravel for UNRWA projects. Quantities of industrial diesel for Gaza power plant transportation fuel and cooking gas will also be pumped. Karam Abu Salem is the only commercial crossing through which goods and fuel enter the Gaza Strip and the occupation authorities close it on Friday and Saturday of each week.
