Starwood, MAF sign agreement for hotels in Bahrain
(MENAFN) Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide and Majid Al Futtaim Properties have signed an agreement to launch Westin and Le M?ridien in Bahrain, Arabian Business reported.
Starwood said that the two hotels, set to launch in July, will add 460 rooms to its portfolio in the country
Both hotels will be connected to Bahrain City Centre which is the country's main shopping and entertainment destination owned by Majid Al Futtaim Properties
President of Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Europe, Africa and Middle East said: "Following last year's successful conversion and opening of Sheraton Dubai Mall of the Emirates, we are delighted to strengthen our relationship with Majid Al Futtaim Properties as we debut our Westin and Le M?ridien brands in Bahrain.
