Iran's oil reserves up to 668 m barrels in 1 year


(MENAFN) Oil reserves have boosted by 668 million barrels in Iran during the last Iranian year, which ended on March 20, 2014, according to Iran Daily



IRNA reported that the average oil recovery of the National Iranian South Oil Company (NISOC) stood at 28 percent



Hamid Daris, an official of NISOC, said: "We have estimated oil storage capacity of a large number of oil reservoirs and will study the rest by June 21. Oil reserve studies are carried out every five years simultaneously with the survey of production.
