(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Al Sailiya sealed the fourth place, which means they will play in Qatar Cup, after defeating Muaither on Saturday 2-0 in the 25th week of Qatar Stars League.
Moumouni Dagano scored the first goal of the match in the 29th minute and Mohammed Salah added the second in the 45th minute. The win brought up Al Sailiya's point tally to 41 in third place. Muaither will relegate at the end of this season, they collected 14 points.
Elsewhere in Qatar Stars League, Umm Salal defeated Qatar Sports Club 2-1. The latter is now threatened with a bitter relegation fight. Qatar is in 12th place with 28 points. Qatar is now only one point behind Al Wakra, who lie in 9th place
