China's PMI up to 50.3 percent in March


(MENAFN) China's manufacturing sector saw a slight rise in purchasing managers' index (PMI) in March to 50.3 percent compared to 50.2 percent in February, according to Qatar News Agency



PMI registered its first month-on-month rise in March since November.



Zhao Qinghe, a senior analyst with the NBS, said that a reading below 50 indicates contraction, while above 50 signals expansion
