Regional house price gap in Britain widens


(MENAFN) The British Office for National Statistics (ONS) said that the regional house price gap in the country hit a record high last year, Xinhua reported



Average house price regional disparity stood at 68.3 percent between highest and lowest regions in 2013



The most expensive area in the country was London as average house price stood at USD712,000



The ONS said that the lowest region was Northern Ireland as average price was at USD226,000 in the year
