Saudi- ATC begins first lifting of PetroRabigh products

(MENAFN- Arab News) Saudi aramco products trading company (atc) a wholly-owned subsidiary of saudi aramco announced that it has begun the first lifting of chemical products from petrorabigh

atc's products lifting from petro rabigh will include polypropylene high density polyethylene (hdpe) linear low density polyethylene (lldpe) and monoethylene glycol (meg)

said a. al-hadrami ceo of atc said: 'the products from petrorabigh will complement our current product portfolio and will leverage the current atc infrastructure and our customers' network to add value to petrorabigh. with these new products we can generate more opportunities to further build on our success.

the atc announcement comes after petro rabigh announced that saudi aramco and sumitomo chemical the majority shareholders of petro rabigh signed an agreement on dec. 15 2013

enabling both shareholders to market petro rabigh chemical products on an equal basis

The sales of chemical products will be coordinated and will gradually be increased during the following months to ensure a smooth transition of sales and marketing by atc of petrorabigh's chemical products.
