(MENAFN) South Korean reported 30 percent rise in overseas construction orders by its builders in the first quarter of 2014 compared to the same period 2012, according to Qatar News Agency
Overseas orders for South Korean industrial plants amounted to USD16.2 billion during the quarter, accounting for 92 percent of all orders won by South Korean builders.
Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport said: "Such a rise is believed to demonstrate the global competitiveness of our firms that are equipped with world-class engineering, procurement and construction capabilities.
