Qatar- 28th issue of Al Ata magazine out


(MENAFN- The Peninsula) Under the slogan 'Inspire, Empower, Impact: Humanity in Action', Qatar Red Crescent (QRC) has released the 28th issue of its Al Ata quarterly magazine, which focuses on the organisation's role in training and qualification, in accordance with its vision of support and empowerment



The issue emphasises QRC's work to provide Qataris with knowledge and skills to deal with disasters and perform first aid in emergencies.



It also shows QRC's interest in qualifying and developing professional medical workers through study and practice, enabling them to offer excellent medical services as expected from civil society organisations under Qatar National Vision 2030



In his welcome message, Dr Mohamed bin Ghanem Al Ali Al Maadheed, QRC Chairman, wrote, "Turning 36 this year, QRC has developed a diverse portfolio of mandates, responsibilities, and activities. It has substantially expanded to cover community development, professional empowerment of vulnerable groups, medical and financial assistance of poor families and the needy, and operation of healthcare centres to serve expatriate labourers.
