(MENAFN- Arab Times) Two youths kidnapped and sexually assaulted a Filipino, and stole his mobile phone plus KD 80. In his complaint to the police, the Filipino said he was walking to his flat in Salmiya area when suddenly two youths in a vehicle pulled over and attacked him. They are said to have blindfolded the victim, driven to a flat and assaulted him sexually.
Later, they dumped him in front of a building. The Filipino provided details of the suspects to securitymen. Investigation is ongoing to arrest them. Meanwhile, a Kuwaiti citizen filed a case in Salmiya police station against a person who kidnapped his 17-year old daughter in front of a grocery near his residence. A case was registered to arrest the suspect
