The sharjah police have arrested a murderer who had infiltrated into the uae after committing a crime in his country.


The asian suspect who was arrested by the criminal investigation department (cid) had killed a person in his country and come to the uae to evade arrest.


According to a sharjah police official the police was tipped off about the killer who was hiding in sharjah after he committed a murder in 2012 in his country.


A security team was formed and the whereabouts of the suspect were attained following which he was arrested. the police are now preparing to hand him over to the authorities in his country.


The official noted that criminals think that they can hide in sharjah without being arrested. “but the security organisations in the country are sparing no efforts in ensuring the safety and stability of the public and are well prepared to track and arrest any criminal. we cooperate with the interpol and arrest criminals and hand them over to the country concerned.”
