The survey, offered from 3rd of march to 21st of march 2014, found that speed of response and professionalism were the two most important customer service attributes to respondents.
Formerly AFBFX, Orbex was recently rebranded in recognition of the company's enhanced customer service for traders and partners. Further, an impressive 80 percent of clients said they would recommend Orbex to a friend or family member
