Dwaliya's service delivery is characterized by providing a variety of options in one place that enable customers to undergo technical examination of their cars and renew their vehcle's licence, being a certified center from the General Directorate of Traffic in Kuwait. Moreover, customers can also acquire insurance documents on their vehicles and pay traffic fines, in addition to comprehensive examination and instant maintanance which takes less than 15 minutes.

As part of its mission, the company also offers VIP service wherein it can take the customer's ehicle from home or work and bring it to the service center for the required services for the car.
