The program is to help the inmates to lead to a healthier, socially responsible life with help of techniques which would eliminate stress, create a sense of belongingness and restore human values. The pilot program was successfully delivered to 326 boys and 6 girls from the Juveniles Home for 3 executive days, starting from March 15th, 2014. The program also included courses to 80 employees of the Ministry of Social Affairs who are working closely with the Juveniles.

The program included courses like "The Youth Empowerment Seminar (YES)" involving Yoga and Meditation to offer powerful breathing techniques, relaxation processes that help young minds to effectively handle emotions and realize their potential.
