Nakheel awards USD190m construction contract
(MENAFN) Nakheel announced that it awarded USD190.5 million contract for the construction of its Warsan Village Community to Ginco General Contracting, Xinhua reporte
The developer said the contract is for the construction of 936 townhouses at Warsan Village
Warsan Village, spreading over 47.5 hectares, will also feature a recreation center, mosque and 250 apartments set above a retail plaza with 365 outlets
