Kuwait- Liquor seized
(MENAFN- Arab News) A GCC national was arrested at Jahra Industrial Area in possession of 20 bottles of locally brewed liquor.
According to security sources, Jahra securitymen had launched a security checkpoint in Jahra Industrial Area for inspection. When securitymen requested the suspect to stop at the checkpoint, he fled from the location. Securitymen chased him and eventually managed to stop him.
They checked his details and discovered he is a GCC national who was wanted by law for his involvement in a number of cases. They checked his vehicle and found 20 bottles of locally brewed liquor. The suspect was referred with the liquor bottles to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action against him
