(MENAFN Press) Continuing its commitment to supporting the growth and economic development of the UAE, The Capital Club, Dubai's premier private business club and member of the ENSHAA group of companies, has announced INJAZ-UAE, a member of Junior Achievement (JA) Worldwide, as its Charity of Choice for 2014. INJAZ-UAE is a partnership between the business community, educators and volunteers working together to empower young people to own their economic success. It links corporate volunteers to youth to mentor them on work readiness, entrepreneurial, and financial literacy skills to ignite the spark in young people to learn and experience the opportunities and realities of work and life in the 21st century.

Speaking about the partnership with INJAZ UAE, The Capital Club General Manager Emma Cullen said, "There can be no doubt that the single most important field of investment in any community is its youth. It is in their hands that the future lies, which is why we are extremely excited to pledge our support to INJAZ. Through their innovative programmes INJAZ is preparing the next generation of business leaders, young individuals who will be the backbone of this country's continued growth and prosperity and it is a privilege to support them in this vital endeavour.

Since 2005, INJAZ UAE reached 25,000 students from 43 schools and universities through the support of 2000 corporate volunteers representing 60 companies. Growing at a rate of 150% annually, this partnership with the Capital Club will help tremendously.

Sulaf Saleh Al-Zu'bi, CEO of INJAZ UAE commented, "The Capital Club's role as the central meeting place for Dubai's business community makes it an ideal partner for us. We work with many corporate volunteers and we are dedicated to giving youth the knowledge and business skills they need to plan their professional future. This partnership with the Capital Club certainly helps us achieve our goals more effectively."

The announcement follows a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between The Capital Club and INJAZ UAE on the 13th of March, which will see The Capital Club provide INJAZ with wide a range of support. This will include donating a dedicated portion of the profits from a range of The Club's premier events to INJAZ, the first of which will be The Capital Club's upcoming Anniversary Celebration. The Club will furthermore host six dedicated awareness seminars annually featuring prominent international, regional and local corporate figures at the Capital Club for its Members and their guests and will promote these events through their weekly e-newsletter. In addition INJAZ will be able to make use of The Capital Club's meeting facilities to help the organisation in hosting a number of INJAZ's awareness sessions
