China to deliver first plane to Nepal soon


(MENAFN) The Nepalese national flag carrier is set to receive its first China made air carrier on April 28, Xinhua reported



Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) confirmed that it will receive the 58-seater Modern Ark 60 (MA60) on April 28 and other five aircrafts by the end of October this year



NAC spokesperson told Xinhua: "As per the letter we received from the Chinese government, we will have all aircraft from China within this year.



The agreement for the aircrafts purchase was signed at the end of last year. The carrier will acquire 19-seater Harbin Y12E and 58-seater Modern Ark 60 (MA60) on grant and three Harbin Y12E and a MA60 on concessional loan
