(MENAFN- Arab Times) The Mubarak Al-Kabir police have detained for interrogation an unidentified Kuwaiti man, reports Al-Anba daily.
The man was taken in for questioning after the maid who was taken to a hospital with injuries to the chest, head and legs told the doctor she was beaten mercilessly by her sponsor
However, the Kuwaiti after beating the maid allegedly called an ambulance and rushed her to the hospital.
He also told paramedics she slipped and fell from the second floor of his home. She has been admitted to the intensive care unit of the hospital
