(MENAFN- Arab Times) A Kuwaiti employee of Ministry of Defense was arrested for impersonating as a police officer, stealing iron rods and manhole lids in Ardiya area, and possessing a security flasher, a military ID card, equipments used to committing thefts and 71 suspected narcotic pills, reports Al-Seyassah daily.
According to security sources, Farwaniya securitymen were patrolling Ardiya area when they noticed a vehicle parked by the roadside with iron rods on it. He confessed that he was collecting the iron rods and intended to sell them
They checked his vehicle and found a security flasher, a military ID card, equipments used to steal and 71 pills suspected to be intoxicants. Even though the suspect tried to escape, securitymen managed to arrest him. They referred him with the confiscated items to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action against him
