Singapore's Tiger Air to buy USD3.8 billion planes


(MENAFN) Singapore budget carrier Tiger Air plans to buy 37 Airbus A320neo planes at USD3.8 billion, enabling the airline to cut fuel costs and fly to new, according to Times of Oman



Tigerair said that it also considers more 13 aircraft, and convert the A320neo planes to the bigger A321neo model



The statement said the planes will be powered by Pratt & Whitney's PW1100G-JM engines
