Asian stocks fluctuates after strong movements

Asian stocks fluctuates today after strong trading during the past week after the Feds meeting and a big increase in trading yesterday and the beginning of this week.

The market faced a slight decline in the industrial data released yesterday from the U.S. economy, in addition to the weight of some expectations about the contraction of the Russian economy under economic sanctions and fears of entering other parts of Ukraine.

- The MSCI Asia Pacific Index dropped 0.1% to 134.23 at 3:03 in Tokyo.

Japanese stock market still awaits the BoJ decision and whether the bank decided to intervene again in financial markets by either increasing stimulus after announcing sales tax or wait to see preliminary results of this decision.

- Nikkei 225 closed 0.36% lower at 14423.19.

- Topix closed 0.06% higher at 1163.70.

- Shanghai Composite closed 0.05% higher at 2067.28.

- Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 0.19% lower at 5336.63.

- New Zealand’s NZX 50 closed 0.24% higher at 5130.69.

- Kospi closed 0.22% lower at 1941.25.
