(MENAFN) Petrofac announced that it has been awarded with an engineering and procurement contract by Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), Times of Oman reported
The USD1 billion contract is for the provision of services for PDO's Rabab Harweel Integrated Project (RHIP)
A statement by the company said: "The RHIP facility will include sour gas processing facilities and associated gathering and injection systems and export pipelines.
Petrofac will handle production of oil and gas from the facility which will produce 4.9 million standard cubic feet per day of sweet gas, 9,700 cubic meters per day of condensate and 16 million cubic feet per day of high pressure sour injection
