Lavrov to Meet Ukrainian Foreign Minister in The Hague
(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) The Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is to met with his Ukrainian counterpart Andrei Deshtshitsa in on the sidelines of the the Nuclear Security Summit in The Hague. The meeting came at the request of the Ukraine, the Itar-Tass news agency reported Monday citing sources from the Russian delegation. It would the highest ranking meeting between Moscow and Kiev since the change of leadership in Kiev at the end of February
