(MENAFN - Qatar News Agency) The Advisory Council held its regular weekly session here on Monday under chairmanship of its speaker HE Mohamed Bin Mubarak Al Khulaifi .



At the outset of the session, the Council's Secretary General HE Fahd Bin Mubarak Al Khayareen read out the agenda which was then agreed upon. Then the Council endorsed the minutes of its previous sessio



Then the memo of the council's general secretariat concerning referring the estimates of the major public projects of the state's 2014-15 Fiscal Year to the Advisory Council was read out and the latter took note of the



The session was attended by each of the following: The meeting was attended by each of the following: - HE Ali Sharif Al Emadi , the Minister of Finance - HE Khalaf Bin Ahmed Al Mannai, the Finance Undersecretary; - HE Sheikh Saoud Bin Nasser Bin Jassim Al Thani, the Director of the Public Budegt at the Finance Ministry; -HE Eng.Nasser Ali Al-Mawlawi, the President of the Public Works Authority Ashghal; Then HE Al Khulaifi made an address on the occasion of discussing the draft budget of the major public projects of the state's 2014-15 Fiscal Year in which he conveyed deep thanks and appreciation to HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani for His Highness'sublime directives and due attention accorded to the various sectors with a special emphasis on education, health , infrastructure , transport and housing through providing the necessary allocations out of His Highness due keenness for the welfare of our homeland and for the interest of the citizens for materlizing whatever their aspirations and ambitions for a better and bright future to our dear country and enhancing the comprehensive development proces



HE the Advisory Council Speaker meantime welcomed HE the Finance Minister Sharif Al Emadi and his accompanying delegation who came to thankfully explain the view of the government concerning the draft budget of the state's major public projects of 2014-15 fiscal year and offering the related necessary relevant clarification



Then HE Al Khulaifi gave the floor to HE the Finance Miniter to explain the government's view concerning the draft state budge



HE the Minister of Finance then made clear the viewpoint of the government vis-a-vis the draft budget of the major public projects of the state's 2014-15 fiscal yea



Later the council discussed a report of the financial and economic affairs on the draft budget of the state's major public projects of the 2014-15 fiscal year and decided to refer its recommendations to the cabine
