(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Kuwait's First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah has received a written message from his Italian counterpart, Minister Federica Mogherini. The written message was pertaining to means of supporting bilateral relations in all fields, Kuwait's Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
