Turkish Romatem sells 50 percent stake to US PineBridge


(MENAFN) A Turkish physical therapy and rehabilitation services chain has sold 50 percent of its stake to the Middle East unit of New York-based investment manager PineBridge Investments, according to Arabian Business



The plan is part of the New York-based company wider plans to acquire income-generating real estate assets



This will be PineBridge's second investment in Turkey and its third deal in the Middle East.



It also shows confidence in Turkey's economy, which has been hit in recent months by currency instability and a corruption scandal
