Singapore CPI up 0.4 percent in Feb


(MENAFN) The consumer price index (CPI) in Singapore has increased last month by 0.4 percent from the same month year before, Xinhua reported



The increase was the slowest pace since 2010 after headline inflation hit a record low of 1.4 in January



Accommodation costs increased by 2 percent last month, while private road transport costs dropped 7.1 percent



Food prices increased 2.3 percent in February, down from 3 percent in the month before it, a joint MTI and MAS statement said
