(MENAFN) Manama Realty Company has won a multi-storey car park project yesterday from Bahrain Real Estate Investment (Edamah), according to Gulf Daily News
The two parties have signed the agreement on a lease, develop and operate basis
Edamah is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company
Mumtalakat chief executive Mahmood Al Kooheji said: "The Diplomatic Area is one of the most congested areas in Bahrain due to its central location and the presence of numerous ministries, government bodies and companies.
