(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) A video featuring two Omani youth distributing water, snacks and juices among blue-collared expatriate workers has become quite popular on YouTube.
The video shows two Omani youth going to a shop and buying water, juice and snacks and distributing it among workers at different locations in Muscat.
The video has got more than 96,000 hits since it was uploaded on March 16. It also received 1,796 likes.
According to Mohammed al Hajri, who uploaded the video on YouTube, the idea is not to seek fame but raise awareness among people and to get rewards from God. ''If one is able to bring a smile on people's faces by doing even small things, please do it. You will get rewards from God,'' Hajri said.
Raaj Singh who commented about the video on YouTube said, ''Even a small gesture can help bring smiles on fellow human beings. I respect Mohammed al Hajri for sharing such a video about people who are struggling and working hard to make ends meet.''
Commenting on the video titled Draw a smile to their face, Omar Abdullah, a private sector employee said, ''If all of us think like the youth in the video, we have done our job.
