(MENAFN Press) Interactive Intelligence Group Inc. (Nasdaq: ININ), a global provider of software and services designed to improve the customer experience, today announced that it has signed up as a 'Platinum Sponsor' of the upcoming Gartner Symposium/ IT Expo that will take place in Dubai between 1-3 April, 2014.



The company will use the event as a platform to expose its brand and innovative contact center automation, unified communications, and business process automation technologies to conference attendees. Gartner Symposium/ITxpo is one of the world's most important gathering of CIOs and senior IT executives and this year's event is expected to draw over 400 attendees including 150 CIOs



Mr. Tolga Basarir, general manager of CMC Turkey, the biggest independent outsource call center in the country with more than 4.000 agents and a customer of Interactive Intelligence, is a guest speaker at the symposium and will educate attendees about the role of the contact centre in achieving customer experience excellence. He will give an overview of how Interactive Intelligence's Customer Interaction CenterÔÇ× (CIC) all-in-one software solution has enabled the company to deliver the highest levels of customer service
