Celebrating the occasion of selecting the uae as the happiest arab nation the dubai municipality (dm) organised an activity named ‘our happiness unites us’ marking international day of happiness.
The event was attended by assistant director-generals salah amiri salem bin mesmar and abdullah rafia directors and senior officials.
The organising team distributed roses to dm staff as a symbol of happiness loyalty and love. the team also distributed valuable books on happiness.
Abdullah rafia said: “the municipality has a programme to honour outstanding employees from all organisational units on monthly and annual basis and it gives them diversified opportunities to prove their personal skills.”
On the other hand the construction work of new headquarters for the dm has been in progress in al garhoud area which is expected to be one of the most sophisticated office buildings in the uae he said.
