(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Bahraini Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa met here on Tuesday UAE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs cum Minister of State for Federal National Council (FNC) Affairs, Dr Anwar Mohammed Gargash. Sheikh Khalid affirmed that the visit is in line with the keenness of the leadership of both countries to strengthen and cement their fraternal historical bilateral relations in all areas. He highlighted the close coordination of stances of both countries on all regional and international issues of common interest. He underlined that the cooperation between the two countries stems from their faith in the unity of goals and common destiny. Sheikh Khalid extended the appreciation and thanks of the Bahraini Monarch , Bahrain's government and people to the United Arab Emirates for its unwavering supportive stances and unlimited assistance to the Kingdom of Bahrain in its efforts to safeguard and maintain its security and stability. For his part, Dr Gargash expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the cordial hospitality and reception, stressing that UAE spares no effort to support the Kingdom at all cost. He also hailed the outstanding level of deep-rooted bilateral ties between the two countries and people
