Boeing starts CDC expansion project in Seattle


(MENAFN) Boeing has started its 737 Commercial Delivery Center (CDC) expansion project in Seattle that will allow customers and groups to receive deliveries, according to Qatar News Agency



The expansion will extend over 90,000 square feet and include a new three-story building, and departure areas with three covered jet-ways



The project is expected to be completed in the second half of 2015



Production of the 737 is set to increase to 42 airplanes per month in April and to 47 airplanes per month in 2017
