China's CNR signs deal with Ethiopia


(MENAFN) China's train manufacturer CNR Corporation (CNR) announced that it inked a deal with Ethiopia, Xinhua reported



Under the agreement, CNR is to provide 41 modern tramcars to Ethiopia, marking the first entry of Chinese tramcars into Africa



The tramcars will customized to be used in the Ethiopian capital, where altitude is 2,400 meters and ultraviolet light is strong



It is worth mentioning that CNR's net profit hit USD391 million in the first three quarters of 2013, increasing 1.81 percent from the corresponding period a year before
