Readers hosts book signing event for Jordanian poet Laith Biltaji

(MENAFNEditorial) In line with its efforts to promote local literary talents, Readers Bookshop recently hosted a book signing for Laith Biltaji's inspiring new collection of poetry, aptly titled Inspirations. The event was held at Readers located in Cozmo Centre (7th Circle) on Wednesday, March 12, and was attended by members of the public and media

Building upon a blend of Middle Eastern roots and global exposure, Inspirations explores the author's various sources of creative and intellectual inspiration over the course of 25 years, from his teenage years through adulthood. Biltaji has compiled his poetry collection into four distinct categories: Journeys, Love, People, and Songs. The poems convey a deconstructed, chronological documentation of the author's life, complete with influences, acquaintances, the never-ending search for understanding, and the supernatural experience of love

Speaking on the occasion, Readers General Manager Jumana Sharbin said, "It is a pleasure to host Mr. Biltaji and his fans at Readers for this engaging event. Along with our desire to support and cultivate passionate readers, we are eager to promote the artistic and literary achievements of talented Jordanians. Readers takes great pride in providing a platform for both readers and writers to celebrate creativity and talent in the local community.

Since its opening in 2007, Readers has established itself as the leading bookshop in the Kingdom. With two branches – located in Cozmo Centre at Seventh Circle and Taj Lifestyle in Abdoun – Readers offers its customers an extensive collection of books, with more than 20,000 titles covering an array of genres, aimed to excite and inspire avid book lovers and new readers alike
