Venezuela's annual inflation hits 57 percent

The Central Bank of Venezuela (BVC) said that inflation was lower at 2.4 percent in the month, down from 3.3 percent in the month before it



The inflation rate was the second lowest in a year, but still the highest year-on-year increase in Latin America



The country's health sector, hotels and restaurants witnessed the largest price increases
