Spurs, Clippers preserve NBA winning streaks

Blake Griffin (21 points, 11 rebounds) notched a double-double for the Clippers on his 25th birthday, while he also claimed eight assists



The Clippers leapt out to a 27-18 lead at the end of the opening quarter and Cleveland could not match the hosts from then on, going down by 22 points as Griffin and his team-mates notched their 11th consecutive victory
