(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) At least three people have been killed when a suicide attacker detonated a car bomb at a petrol station in eastern Lebanon on Sunday. The blast occurred in the small town of Nabi Othman in the Bekaa region in eastern Lebanon. No group has claimed the responsibility of the blast so far, the Lebanon National News Agency reporte
