(MENAFN- Arab Times) Two unidentified young women who were involved in a brawl inside a café in Salmiya were taken to the area police station for interrogation, reports Al-Anba daily. According to security sources police received a call from the owner of the café and police rushed to the spot and accompanied them to a police station.
At the police station the cause of the fight appeared to be jealousy over the boyfriend of one of them. Meanwhile, a 33-year old Nepalese woman sustained injuries and bruises on her head and left hand during a public fight on Habib Al-Munawer Street in Farwaniya area, reports Al- Watan Arabic daily.
Paramedics rushed to the location and treated the victim at the site after which she went to the nearest police station to report the incident
