(MENAFN Press) Etisalat, the UAE's leading telecommunication services provider, has today announced the launch of its Cloud Digital Signage Solution, designed to address the advertising and promotional needs of business customers from large enterprises to SMBs.



The telecom major has partnered with LG Electronics to provide state-of-the-art digital signage, a method of relaying interactive audio and visual content to a display. By utilising cloud technology, customers can quickly and efficiently deliver multimedia content via a reliable, scalable network and system and enjoy features such as remote content uploading and real-time content editing.



Available on a subscription basis, the service is available on a 24/7 basis through managed services including remote system monitoring, proactive customer support and immediate faulty device replacement.

Abdulla Hashim, Senior Vice President, Digital Services at Etisalat said, "Digital signage is seen as the next big thing for advertisers, marketers and promters in a wide range of market segments including retail, hospitality and entertainment and is often preferable to printed signage because content is visually dynamic, targeted, flexible and affordable. Our Cloud Digital Signage Solution allows businesses to reach their key audiences and grow revenue by making their communication more relevant and memorable.

With dynamic visuals, vibrant colors and eye-catching video, digital signage is an agile medium used to power screens at transportation hubs, entertainment venues, hospitals, and corporate buildings. The UAE's digital signage market is currently witnessing strong growth and is forecasted to expand from AED 80 million to AED 110 million in the next three years.
