US wholesale price drop down 0.1 percent


(MENAFN) Wholesale prices in the US dropped last month following two months of moderate increases, Xinhua reported



The Producer Price Index (PPI) fell 0.1 percent in the month, from an increase of 0.2 percent and 0.1 percent in January and December, respectively



Goods prices increased 0.4 percent in February, while cost of services dropped 0.3 percent



Prices of food increased 0.6 percent in the month and energy prices increased 0.5 percent
