Iran's medicine imports increase 23.5 percent in value


(MENAFN) Iran's imports of medicine were estimated at USD1.601 billion worth in the first eleven months of the current Iranian calendar year, which begins in March 21, according to Tehran Times



The country's imports of medicine reached 180.368 tons during the same 11 months, said an official at the Iranian Customs Administration



Imports of medicine boosted by 23.5 percent in value and 29 percent in volume compared to the previous year
