(MENAFN-Khaleej Times) The President, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, has received an official invitation from Kuwaiti Amir His Highness Shaikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah to attend the Arab Summit to be held in Kuwait on March 25-26
The invitation was handed over to Shaikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, by Kuwaiti Ambassador to the UAE Salah Mohammed Al Baijan at the Presidential Palace here on Monday.
Cables of thanks
Meanwhile, Shaikh Khalifa received a cable of thanks from the Kuwaiti Amir in reply to his congratulatory cable on the occasion of National Day celebrations. His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, also received a similar cable from the Amir of Kuwait.
