(MENAFN- Arab Times) Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Moscow is ready for dialogue with its international partners over the crisis in Ukraine, but added that Russia should not be portrayed as a party to the conflict.
"We are ready for equal dialogue with foreign partners to help the Ukrainian parties to overcome the crisis," Lavrov told the Interfax news agenc
"However, we will not accept attempts to display Russia as a party to the conflict."
