(MENAFN) The Australian Minister for Finance and Services announced the sale of the blue-ribbon Ausgrid building for USD138 million, Xinhua reported
He said: "The building has been sold to Far East Organization after they won a competitive public tender that received strong interest from both local and international investors.
He added that the USD138 million generated through the sale "significantly exceeded its retention value.
The Ausgrid building was bought by a giant Singaporean developer
