(MENAFN - Qatar News Agency) Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development (QF) has on Wednesday announced the appointment of Dr. Hilal Lashuel, a prominent scientist in life sciences, as executive director of Qatar Biomedical Research Institute (QBRI). Dr. Lashuel, associate professor at the Brain Mind Institute of the Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne (EPFL) School of Life Sciences, will assume his new position will contribute to the advancement of translational biomedical research and the development of innovative personalized medicine in Qatar.
