US president plans USD3.9t in 2015


(MENAFN) The White House said that the US president is planning a USD3.9 trillion budget for the 2015 fiscal year, Xinhua reported



The budget will be used to fund infrastructure upgrading, education and other social programs



The president has budgeted a deficit of USD564 billion for 2015, around 3.1 percent of the expected gross domestic product (GDP)



The deficit in the following decade is estimated to remain between USD400 billion and USD500 billion with the ratio to the GDP to drop to 1.6 percent by 2024
